Stopped by to pick up a cute Vanilla Cream Matcha. I picked regular sweet but after leaving and drinking some of it. It was not to my liking. I went back and asked for more sweetener. The servers at the front had no issue with adding more sweetener and evening letting me try it before sealing it up again. I love Ding Tea! Great business and lovely shop.

Such good tea!!! We got the brown sugar bubble boba latte with toasted marshmallows. It was so delicious. Came with perfectly toasted marshmallows on top of a slightly salty milky cream, milk tea, and delicious brown sugar boba on the bottom. Would definitely come back.

Perfect little treat while you shop! The boba teas are all delish, and there are so many good options to choose from. If they have the macaron ice cream sandwiches, get them!! They are the perfect, chewy frozen treat and so worth it. Super yummy, refreshing, and the perfect little pick-me-up while shopping! The self order kiosks are a plus.

My drink overall tasted good but the other drinks my family had ordered were heavily faulty and don’t even get me STARTED on the customer service. We didn’t get a single smile from any of the staff members! To begin, when we were ordering the cashier had not smiled or greeted us once which is still understandable. However we haven’t been to this store before so we were taking some time to order. As we were doing so we got looks from the employee that were very unpleasant and also had a few eye rolled at us. From the start we had started facing problems and it just went downhill from there. Accidentally we had ordered two of one drink. We had realized that after we paid and were then out of line. When my mom went to go and cancel the drink and maybe get a refund, the same employee plus another one were very annoyed with us and showed no care to even try and help us. To me it looked like utter laziness and inability to show compassion to even understand that we were only asking for a simple refund. They had responded saying there was nothing they could do without even checking anything and we decided to just let it go. When ordering we were unaware that there were multiple sizes a

Stopped in at Ding Tea in Fashion Valley and it was hopping. Lots of folks waiting for their orders. Overall wait was about 10 minutes for drinks and another 5 more minutes for the bubble waffle. Drinks were good as usual and bubble waffle was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Sad they didnt have the plain & area combo like the other stores. Just had rainbow or plain. Consistent food quality and tasty drinks
